These Delivery Terms explain how Shoteki Shop prepares and delivers orders.
Delivery Area
We ship to 31 delivery zones worldwide, where carrier delivery is available. You can select your destination in the cart before payment. Delivery availability may depend on carrier options for the selected country or region.
If your destination is not available at checkout, we are unable to deliver there at that time.
Production Time
Most orders are produced, packed, and prepared for shipping within up to 4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Custom Made orders may take longer if the submitted artwork needs review, adjustment, or clarification. If anything causes a delay, we will keep you informed.
Orders are not produced or shipped on weekends or Latvian public holidays.
Delivery Methods
The main delivery method for Shoteki Shop orders is DPD delivery.
Depending on the destination and checkout settings, available delivery methods may include:
DPD pickup point delivery
DPD parcel locker delivery
DPD courier delivery
Omniva parcel machine delivery, if available at checkout

Maximum Delivery Time
Delivery time is indicated in working days, with the day of receipt of the order by the delivery service considered zero.
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Unless a more specific delivery time is shown at checkout, the maximum delivery time is:
Latvia: up to 2 business days after dispatch
European Union: up to 30 business days after dispatch
Outside the European Union: up to 30 business days after dispatch
Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, incorrect delivery details, public holidays, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are paid by the customer unless free delivery is clearly shown at checkout.
The exact delivery fee is shown in euros (EUR) in the cart or checkout before payment. The customer can review the delivery method, delivery fee, product price, and total order amount before confirming the order.
If delivery is free for a specific promotion, product, or destination, this will be clearly shown before payment.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email address provided during checkout.
Customer Responsibility
Please make sure the information you provide when ordering is accurate and complete. This includes your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, parcel locker or pickup point, and country.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may cause delays or additional delivery costs.
Damaged Delivery
If the parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening it. This helps us check the issue with the carrier if needed.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For deliveries outside Latvia or outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
