Welcome to Shoteki Shop. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our website and placing orders. We have tried to keep them clear and fair; if anything is ever unclear, just ask us directly.

Products
We sell handmade pins and custom made pins online.
Product descriptions, images, options, prices, and availability are shown on the relevant product pages. We do our best to make product information clear and accurate. Because items are handmade, small variations may occur between photos and the finished product.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if needed, for example due to a stock issue, pricing error, payment problem, incorrect delivery information, suspected fraud, or Custom Made content that does not meet our content policy.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will contact you promptly and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Please make sure the information you provide when ordering is accurate and complete. It helps us get your order to you without delays.
Pricing and Taxes
All prices are shown in euros (EUR), unless stated otherwise.
The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the time of purchase. Shoteki Shop operates as a Latvian Student Training Company and is not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged on orders.
Delivery costs, if any, are shown separately before payment. The checkout shows the product price, delivery cost, total amount, and applicable conditions before you confirm the order.
We may update prices at any time, but this will never affect an order you have already placed and that we have accepted.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
We accept card payments where available, including Mastercard and Visa. Official payment logos should be displayed on the website and checkout in the required order and format.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card details.
During checkout, you will see a summary of what you ordered, the delivery method, delivery cost, total amount, and the policies you agree to.
Before confirming payment, you must actively confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, the Returns and Refunds Policy.
Production and Shipping
Most orders are produced and prepared for shipping within up to 4 business days after payment is confirmed.
We do not ship on weekends or Latvian public holidays. If anything causes a delay, we will keep you informed.
We ship to 31 delivery zones worldwide, where carrier delivery is available. You can select your destination in the cart before payment.
Delivery methods, estimated delivery times, maximum delivery times, and delivery fees are described in our Delivery Terms and shown at checkout before payment.
Custom Made Orders
By submitting artwork or design files for a Custom Made order, you confirm that:
You own the rights to the artwork or have permission to use it
The artwork does not infringe any third-party rights
The artwork does not contain prohibited, offensive, illegal, adult, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, extremist, or otherwise unsuitable content
The submitted file is suitable for production
We reserve the right to decline Custom Made orders that do not meet these conditions. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full if production has not started.
Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Customers should review the Returns and Refunds Policy before placing an order, especially for Custom Made items.
Intellectual Property
Everything on this website, including the Shoteki Shop name, logo, graphics, product photos, designs, and content, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
Please do not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our materials without written permission, unless allowed by law.
User Conduct
When using our website, we ask that you:
Follow applicable laws and regulations
Do not attempt to interfere with the site’s security or functionality
Do not impersonate anyone or submit false information
Do not submit unlawful, offensive, harmful, or infringing content

Privacy
We handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Shoteki Shop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under EU and Latvian law. Those always apply in full.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable EU regulations, including the Consumer Rights Directive and GDPR.
Dispute Resolution
We genuinely want every experience with Shoteki Shop to be a good one. If something goes wrong, please come to us first and we will do everything we can to make it right.
