Every pin that leaves Shoteki Shop goes through our hands and our eyes before it reaches yours. We care about quality, and if something ever is not right, we are here and we will sort it out together.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to process returns, refunds, or exchanges unless required by applicable law.

How to Reach Us

Write to us at shotekishop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

Your order number

The email address used for the order

A description of the issue

Photos of the item and the packaging, if the item arrived damaged

We will take it from there and walk you through everything step by step.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order by contacting us at shotekishop@gmail.com.

If the order has not yet been produced, customised, packed, or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund.

If the order has already been shipped, you may use the return process after receiving the order.

Custom Made orders can only be cancelled before production starts. Once production of a Custom Made item has started, cancellation may no longer be possible unless required by applicable law.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for return, the item must be:

Unused and undamaged

Returned in its original packaging, where possible

Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Please pack the item carefully so it is not damaged during return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom Made orders are produced exclusively for you from your own uploaded artwork. They cannot usually be returned or exchanged if you change your mind.

This does not affect your rights if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange, contact us at shotekishop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to item availability and return approval. If the requested replacement is not available, we may offer a refund instead.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If something arrived damaged or is not up to standard, please do not worry. Contact us as soon as possible.

If the box looked damaged before you opened it, photograph it first. This helps us review the issue and contact the carrier if needed.

A refund or replacement may be issued after:

We receive the returned item, where return is needed

We inspect the item and confirm the issue

We confirm the appropriate solution with you

Return shipping costs in confirmed defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming cases will be discussed with you individually.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know our decision by email.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days of approval, unless applicable law requires a different period.

If the refund has not arrived after that window, please check with your bank or card provider first, as processing times can vary on their side. If you are still stuck, write to us and we will help figure it out.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming item, we will discuss the return shipping solution with you.

If the customer returns an item because they changed their mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

Sale Items

Sale items are handled according to the same consumer rights rules as regular-priced items. Any promotion-specific conditions will be shown clearly before purchase and will not limit your statutory consumer rights.

If your order is delayed or something seems off with the delivery, please contact the carrier directly depending on the shipping method selected at checkout:

Custom Made Content Policy

We reserve the right to decline any Custom Made order containing imagery that is inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or otherwise unsuitable for production, including:

Prohibited, illegal, or extremist content

Hate speech or discriminatory imagery

Adult or sexually explicit content

Content that infringes intellectual property rights

Orders with such content will be cancelled and refunded in full if production has not started.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU and Latvian law.
